So the Bible is awesome! like seriously i base my whole life on it so it has to be awesome haha. Well anyways the other day i read all of the book of Revelations while i was heading back from Colorado. It was really interesting because lately i have been getting more and more into end times stuff or like the end of the world. It's rather cool because it talks about signs of when Jesus will come back and the rapture will happen. There is one verse talking about how the sea will turn blood red, and that will be a sign that Jesus will be returning... well its crazy  but when the oil spill occurred there were reports of the ocean that was affected by the oil looked just like blood. I dont know if that was the real sign but if it was that would be cool! There is another verse talking about how there ill be an army of things that look like "locusts" that will fall upon the Earth but will not be able to kill humans, some people say that those "locusts" can really be just helicopters, because John (the man who had the vision) was not sure what they were but i dont know, i will need to re-read that verse because im not sure i got it 100% correct. I find Revelations the most interesting part of the bible also because it talks about what will happen during the 7 year tribulation and what will happen to Satan... If you havent read Revelations watch the trilogy Left Behind that is a movie about a group of people who become Christians after the rapture occurs and explains a lot.
